Clean Mautic installation for `mautic.heckenfels.com` in the DMZ K3s cluster.

- Namespace: `hf-mautic`
- Argo CD app: `pidoka-hf-mautic`
- Secret app: `pidoka-hf-mautic-secrets`
- Secrets path: DMZ Infisical `platform-kubernetes/prod:/tenants/pidoka/mautic`
- Storage: Longhorn PVCs `mautic-db-pvc` and `mautic-data-pvc`

The previous legacy DMZ Argo CD app and old PVCs were removed before this clean installation.
