GitOps repository for IT15 ArgoCD, DMZ K3s platform services, and tenant applications.

## Layout

- `clusters/` — cluster bootstrap and ArgoCD entrypoints
- `platform/` — shared platform services
- `tenants/` — tenant applications by tenant and environment
- `shared/` — reusable bases, values and policies

Secrets are stored in Infisical. Do not commit secret values.
